All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Typical delivery times are between 5 and 19 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow your package.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

EraWaist cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is detected before shipment, please contact us immediately at erawaist@protonmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact our support team.

EraWaist will assist in contacting the shipping carrier to locate the shipment.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, or their local postal service.

EraWaist is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
