Return and Refund Policy

At EraWaist, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.

Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused

be in its original condition

be in the original packaging

Any product that is damaged, used, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process
Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer service at: erawaist@protonmail.com

The request must include:

order number

full name used for the purchase

description of the issue

photos of the product if necessary

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. EraWaist cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required in order to process the request.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
